In addition to credit card payment, we welcome your orders paying by check, bank check, or money orders. Please do not send cash. Overnight shipping is included with your order!

Insured overnight FedEx shipping is included with all orders at no additional cost. FedEx does not ship to PO Boxes, and requires that you furnish your telephone number.

All standard setting rings and engagement rings will be shipped within 2 working days of your order. Laser Engraving adds an additional 2 working days. Premium settings and One-Of-a-Kind Specials may take up to 5 working days to ship, plus an additional 2 working days for Laser Engraving if specified.

Returning your ring to Diamond Rings USA

If you decide to return your ring for refund, please follow this process carefully:

  1. Call us toll-free at (800) 784-4797 to secure a Return Authorization Number and to get instructions regarding the safe return of your ring to Diamond Rings USA.
  2. Please repackage your ring carefully, and be sure to include the original invoice and Diamond Certificate which accompanied the ring.
  3. Send the ring and accompanying packaging and paperwork via Registered Mail (no substitutes) to the address provided, insuring your ring for the amount you paid for it. We believe Registered Mail is the safest of shipping alternatives available to consumers.

We will issue a complete refund within 2 working days of receipt of your returned ring. If you paid by credit card, we will credit your account. If you paid by check or other method, we will mail a check to you.

If you receive damaged merchandise

If your ring arrives damaged, please contact us immediately by email or call us at (800) 784-4797.

Lost merchandise

Diamond Rings USA is not responsible for any merchandise lost while it is in your possession. If you need to return your ring but have lost the Diamond Certificate, there will be a $50 charge for its replacement.

For your shopping convenience DiamondRingsUSA.com is open for business 24 hours a day 7 days a week, but our account managers, diamond buyers and jewelers are at work Monday through Friday, 9AM to 5PM EST, excluding all major holidays. Customer requests are fulfilled in the order they are received.
